Navigate to the Beat Store. Once you have found the beat you wish to purchase simply hit the "+" icon to open the license options.
Once you see all the license options you should then see the button "Best Offer". Click that to view the form to submit offer.
3rd step is self explanatory. You may now write in your offer including your email and you also have the option to write a message.
All beats are Buy 2 get the 3rd for FREE. Simply select 3 of the same leases and that's all.
Navigate the genre tabs on top of the beats playlist and scroll over to the clearance tab.
